Thank you for your interest in SynTel's Tax Notice Solution. TNS allows simplified outsourcing
using the tax notice file to produce all of the required IRS tax notices. SynTel's TNS reads this
data, merges the forms for mailing, processes for postage automation discounts, prints the
forms and archives the information for retrieval and reissue of forms on demand.
Mail pieces are 1099-INT-COMB or other 1099-1098 processed and prepaired for mailing
based on name, address and customer ID. Mail piece processing includes: envelopes, forms, processing, printing, destination planet codes, processing of additional records and
additional forms.
Additional records are any record included in the file beyond the first record submitted for
each mail piece.
Administrative fee is setup of institution file, mail piece processing and CD-ROM archive
containing all tax notices for current tax year.
Please Note: All costs are due prior to processing. Any unused portion of prepaid postage will be returned.
Any overages will be billed.
