SynTel™ LLC helps more than
1,400 companies design, process
and deliver their customer documents
in the most graphically appealing,
data secure and cost efficient ways
possible. The company was founded
in 1998 when an entrepreneurial
group realized that check imaging
technology and a standard page
format would offer mail automation
opportunities for financial institutions.
Our mail optimization solutions reduce postage expense by up to 30 percent through bar-coding, presorting, calculating weight and postage and eliminating the need for postage meters. Today, SynTel's expanded document automation software and services enhance the design of all types of customer communications, such as statements, notices, agreements, contracts and marketing promotions, and improve the delivery of all methods of customer contact, including e-mail, Internet and mobile, in addition to traditional mail.
While our original market focus was on financial institutions, our customers have grown to include organizations in the utility, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution industries. As our reputation for providing significant postage savings grew, we also built more than 25 strategic partnerships with leading core application and document processing providers, including Pitney-Bowes, in order to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions for their document processing.
MailStream Manager® optimizes the entire workflow of customer communications, from document design through delivery. AutoMail® PRO , our companys flagship mail automation software, saves companies time and money in processing daily manifest mailings. We also offer a number of outsourcing services to assist organizations looking to replace or augment their in-house resources.
The team at SynTel is committed to delivering the industry's most advanced document design and delivery solutions and services and world-class customer service in pursuit of measurable customer savings and maximum ROI. Our customer-driven philosophy guides us daily work with each client to understand their specific needs and how to best apply SynTel products to solve each client's unique challenges.
Our customers expect as much from our employees as they do from the performance of our software. Through the hard work and expertise of our employees, SynTel has been providing document design and delivery software solutions to leading organizations across the country for more than 10 years, and we continue to grow and create exciting new job opportunities.
The SynTel team is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including banking, sales, programming and customer support. Our employees receive attractive compensation and benefits, including paid vacation, company profit sharing and a strong 401(k) plan. Applicants should be detail-oriented problem solvers and team-players, with strong time management and communication skills. Other experience will be required depending on specific job criteria.

SynTel software products support compliance with federal privacy regulations by providing organizations with the in-house tools to automate print and mail operations. Consumer product and service companies must adhere to a number of legal requirements for safeguarding and protecting consumers private financial information, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB) Act, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Safeguards Rule, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the FACT Act Red Flag Rule. Organizations that outsource print and mail operations to third parties are required by law to ensure the protection of consumer data, even when that data leaves the organization. Compliance with federal consumer privacy requirements is easiest to achieve when mailing processes are kept in-house.

SynTel products are built using a detailed knowledge of USPS regulations and are USPS®-certified in multiple areas. AutoMail® PRO includes a USPS-certified CASS engine, used to match customer addresses against the USPS postal database for accuracy. AutoMail software is also PAVE Gold-certified by the USPS for delivery accuracy. Gold-certified products electronically analyze each piece of mail to ensure compliance and generate Intelligent Mail Barcodes, USPS reports, forms and tags in compliance with USPS regulations.
SynTel's solutions are also MAC Batch certified. The MAC Batch certification process, designed in cooperation with the mailing industry, evaluates USPS manifest/presort mailing products manufactured by software developers. MAC Batch determines whether the manifest/presort mailing software accurately calculates postage for non-identical piece mailings submitted under the permit imprint payment method.
In delivering USPS-certified products, SynTel ensures that each client receives maximum postal discounts.
